Satisfactory Documents. All agreements, certificates, opinions and other documents delivered by TBG or the TBG Shareholders to Buyers hereunder, the form of which is not prescribed in this Agreement or an Exhibit hereto, shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Enterprises.
