Common use of Save for Clause in Contracts

Save for. a person who acquires shares in a Company and enters into a Deed of Adherence, no person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce this Agreement or any agreement or document entered into pursuant to this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
