Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the Employer against any and all claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability that may arise by reason of compliance with the terms of Sections 1.2 and 1.3.

The Union assumes full responsibility for the disposition of liability that may arise by reason of compliance with deductions so made once they have been sent to the terms of Sections 1.2 and 1.3Union.
