Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Association shall hold the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, attorneys' fees, or other costs which may arise out of, or by reason of, actions taken against the Board as a result of the enforcement or administration of this Section.

Save Harmless.
