SAVINGS AND SEPARABILITY. If any provision of this agreement is or at any time shall be contrary to or unauthorized by law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law; provided that in such event all other provisions of this agreement shall continue in effect.
