Savings Clause Preemption
Savings Clause If any provision of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
Priorities Clause In the event of any conflict, discrepancy or ambiguity between the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and any Schedules or attachments hereto, the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall take precedence.
Civil Rights Clause A. The Contractor agrees to comply with state and federal anti-discrimination laws, including without limitation: 1. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. §2000d et seq.); 2. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794); 3. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. §12101 et seq.);
Alternate Payment and Notice Provisions Notwithstanding any provision of this Indenture or any of the Notes to the contrary, the Issuer may enter into any agreement with any Holder of a Note providing for a method of payment, or notice by the Indenture Trustee or any Paying Agent to such Holder, that is different from the methods provided for in this Indenture for such payments or notices. The Issuer will furnish to the Indenture Trustee a copy of each such agreement and the Indenture Trustee will cause payments to be made and notices to be given in accordance with such agreements.
GENERAL SAVINGS CLAUSE 24-1 It is not the intent of either party hereto to violate any laws of the State of Nevada or of the United States. The parties agree that in the event any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in contravention of any such laws, they will enter into immediate negotiations thereon. The remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
