Savings Clause; Separability. This Agreement is subject in all respects to the Laws of the Commonwealth of the Pennsylvania with respect to the powers, rights, duties and obligations of the Board, the Association and employees in the bargaining unit and in the event that any provision of this Agreement shall at any time be judged contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction from whose final judgment or decree no appeal has been taken within the time provided for doing so, such provision shall be void and inoperative; however, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect and the parties shall meet within thirty (30) days to negotiate a substitute provision. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to any employee such rights as he may have under the Public School Code of 1949 as amended, or the Public Employee Relations Act, Act 195, as other applicable laws and regulations.
