SBBC Responsibilities Clause Samples
The 'SBBC Responsibilities' clause defines the specific duties and obligations that the SBBC (presumably a party or entity in the agreement) must fulfill under the contract. SBBC Responsibilities. The SBBC shall furnish a legal description, as-built site drawings and a certified land survey of the site. When possible, the SBBC shall supply the certified land survey in hardcopy and electronic media formats. The certified land survey shall provide boundary dimensions, locations of existing structures and/or trees, the grade and line of street, pavement and adjoining properties, the rights, restrictions, easements, boundaries, topographic data and information relative to sewer, water, gas and electrical services. SBBC shall furnish a Construction Budget which is the portion of the Project Budget allocated for the construction cost of a project in the program. The SBBC will assign a team consisting of project management staff and professional consultants that will serve in the capacity of the District’s Program Manager to provide oversight of the program, logistical support, existing site information, interface with other District departments, and facilitate the TPM activities.
SBBC Responsibilities. As part of the Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement SBBC may implement the following:
a) Identify district school(s) with low dual enrollment participation rates;
b) Identify qualified instructors to teach student success courses at district schools with low dual enrollment participation rates.
c) Identify and provide required dual enrollment paperwork for district school students who will enroll in student success courses.
d) Identify individual school counseling team from identified district school(s) with low dual enrollment participation rates to work with BC enrollment services to provide enrollment assistance, thereby, providing a clear path from high school to college enrollment.
SBBC Responsibilities. (a) SBBC shall identify a main point-of-contact to partner with VENDOR during the implementation and onboarding process, who shall be responsible for collaborating with VENDOR’s staff to implement the software across SBBC schools.
(b) Each SBBC Principal shall designate a primary contact for their school that VENDOR shall coordinate with, as needed, to support teachers in the use of Newsela ELA and SEL.
(c) SBBC will provide the following student personally identifiable information to VENDOR: student names, classroom affiliation, usernames, and passwords.
SBBC Responsibilities. Within ten (10) business days of the contract start date, SBBC will provide VENDOR the:
a) site mapping floorplans; and b) images; and
c) additional data for two hundred fifty-five (255) sites.
SBBC Responsibilities. (a) Identify a lead point of contact for each ReadingPals’ school to:
1. Work with UWBC to ensure the Vello program is implemented with fidelity
2. Select students to participate in the ReadingPals program
3. Attend training and collaboration events
4. Submit attendance and implementation reports (with student information listed in 2.04) to UWBC
(b) Identify an IT/Network Contact to work with Vello to ensure connectivity and access to the school network.
(c) Identify an SBBC ReadingPals administrator to lead professional development and support, align and connect curriculum resources, and serve as an overall SBBC contact.
SBBC Responsibilities. (a) Send notice and/or promotional materials supplied by VENDOR to all schools and district departments regarding product availability.
SBBC Responsibilities. (a) SBBC shall provide a certified ESE teacher and job coach to implement instruction and support students academic progress. Students will work on individualized academic intervention with a SBBC ESE teacher, in reading, math and writing. Students will also receive instruction implemented by SBBC ESE teacher and Job Coach in self-advocacy skills, college, career and work readiness.
(b) SBBC ESE specialist and ESE teacher will be responsible for the annual TIEP meetings with students and parents and implementation of goals.
(c) SBBC shall provide transporation for the students to and from BC south campus 5 days a week in coordinance with SBBC school calendar.
SBBC Responsibilities. As part of this Agreement SBBC will do the following:
a) Provide a list of schools to BC that desire to participate in this Agreement.
b) Provide a tutoring schedule by school to BC.
c) Provide any additional training to BC college tutors as needed.
d) Supervise the BC college tutors while on an SBBC campus.
e) Provide BC with information from SBBC student education records that BC tutor will need to effectively serve students, including: student names, grade level, grade(s) on work, course grade, status pertaining to completion of course, sample of student's work, and parent contact information.
f) Compensate BC in accordance with Section 2.07 hereof.
SBBC Responsibilities. Within ten (10) business days of the contract start date, SBBC will provide VENDOR the following:
a) data points for Fire Inspection Template; and
b) data points for Tornado Inspection Template; and
c) data points for Code Red Drill Template; and
d) data points for Code Yellow Drill Template.
SBBC Responsibilities. Based on a minimum of ten students and a maximum of twenty-five (25) students per course SBBC Department of Teacher Professional Learning and Growth will coordinate the selection of up to fifty (50) teachers to participate in the BEC program.
