SBE/VBE Certification Updates. The Contractor shall be required to notify the Owner of any updates to participating SBE/VBE firm(s) certification(s) and shall resubmit an updated SBE/VBE Participation Form to the Owner every six (6) months during the Contract Time of this Agreement.
