Common use of Scalability Clause in Contracts

Scalability. Throughout the Term, the number of concurrent Authorized Users that the System can support will be scalable. As the intended or expected number of Authorized Users increases, the number of servers responding to, and supporting the transactions of, the Authorized Users will increase. Contractor will design and build the System on a platform that will accommodate scalable growth.
