Common use of SCALE OF FEES Clause in Contracts

SCALE OF FEES. 7.1 The fees and royalties for the Associated Member are established by IQNet and are mentioned in the scale of fees and royalties (Annex 1). 7.2 In case of a fee / royalty modification IQNet will inform the Associated Member at least 6 months before an ordinary contract renewal. The member has the right to accept it or to renounce the contract within six months after receipt of the modification notice.
