Scaling Services Sample Clauses

The Scaling Services clause defines how the scope or volume of services provided under an agreement can be increased or decreased based on the client's needs. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for requesting changes, such as providing written notice or agreeing on revised fees and timelines, and may specify limits or conditions for scaling up or down. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for both parties, ensuring that the service arrangement can adapt to changing requirements without the need for renegotiating the entire contract.
