Scenic Highways Sample Clauses

Scenic Highways. A categorical exemption shall not be used for a project which may result in damage to scenic resources, including but not limited to, trees, historic buildings, rock outcroppings, or similar resources, within a highway officially designated as a state scenic highway. This exception does not apply to the project.
Scenic Highways. The CE Memorandum will analyze the project’s effects on scenic resources that are located within an officially designated State scenic highway.
Scenic Highways. The project does not anticipate to result in damage to scenic resources, including but not limited to, trees, historic buildings, rock outcroppings, or similar resources, within a highway officially designated as a state scenic highway. If work is to be damage the scenic resources such as trees or historic buildings, rock outcropping or similar sources within a highway official designated as a state scenic highway, this exemption cannot be used.

The Project is not located within the state or scenic highway system. The nearest scenic highway is ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Seco Historic Parkway located approximately 4.2 miles northeast of the intersection of Western Avenue and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Boulevard (California Department of Transportation, 2018). No other scenic resources are within the Project Area, including trees and rock outcroppings. Therefore, this exception would not apply.

Related to Scenic Highways

  • Roads The Purchaser is required to construct the roads shown in Table B-1 per the schedules stated, as shown on the Sale Map, Attachment A, and to the specifications and drawings in Attachment B and other applicable attachments.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Gardens Lawns, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, flower beds, trees, shrubs, outside walls and fences.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.
