Common use of Schedule 3 Clause in Contracts

Schedule 3. 11. In accordance with Section 5.7 of the Agreement, Schedule 3.11 in the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 3.11 attached to this Amendment.

Schedule 3. 115. In accordance with Section 5.7 of the Agreement, Schedule 3.11 3.5 in the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 3.11 3.5 attached to this Amendment.

Schedule 3. 1113. In accordance with Section 5.7 of the Agreement, Schedule 3.11 3.13 in the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 3.11 3.13 attached to this Amendment.

Schedule 3. 1112. In accordance with Section 5.7 of the Agreement, Schedule 3.11 3.12 in the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 3.11 3.12 attached to this Amendment.
