Common use of Schedule 5 Clause in Contracts

Schedule 5. 16(e) contains a true and compete list of any and all employment, change in control, severance, retention, termination, non-competition, nonsolicitation and other similar employment Contracts, arrangements or policies, whether written or oral, between the Seller and any individual other than at-will employment arrangements but including all Contracts, arrangements or policies that affect at-will Employees.
