Schedule and Completion. The Consultant shall perform the Services and submit the Deliverables as set out in Schedule C. Should the Consultant determine that the Time Schedule will not be met for any reason, the Consultant shall so notify the Client without delay and the Parties shall forthwith discuss in good faith to find a mutually acceptable solution.
