Common use of Schedule and Fees Clause in Contracts

Schedule and Fees. This coaching agreement is valid as of The Client will pay the Coach an amount of (per session) for the performance of the Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Fee”). The frequency of the payment is agreed upfront between the Coach and the Client: in full in advance in full after the final session in (number of) instalments paid with the following schedule on a monthly basis: the Coach will invoice the Client on the final business day of the first full month after the Coach’s initial assignment and at the end of each month thereafter after each individual session. If rates change before this agreement has been signed and dated, the prevailing rates will apply. The calls/meetings shall be 60 90 120 minutes long (according to the chosen coaching package). If the Client arrives at the session late, the session will start and finish at the scheduled time and the session will be invoiced in full.
