Common use of Schedule C Clause in Contracts

Schedule C. 18.1 List of Parties to this Agreement Set out the names of all the Parties to the agreement. As required under S.21 (3)(a), (b) and (c) of the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019, this Schedule must be updated by the Lead Agency to include any Parties who have joined the agreement by way of an Accession Agreement, and to remove any Party that has withdrawn from the agreement.
