Schedule Change Notice Clause Samples

A Schedule Change Notice clause establishes the process by which parties are informed of and agree to modifications in the timing or sequence of contractual obligations. Typically, this clause requires one party to provide written notice to the other when a change to the project schedule is necessary, such as delays due to unforeseen circumstances or adjustments in project scope. By formalizing the notification and approval process for schedule changes, this clause ensures transparency, helps manage expectations, and reduces the risk of disputes related to project timelines.
