Common use of Schedule F Clause in Contracts

Schedule F. Schedule F to the Agreement is hereby amended to provide that, in addition to the Cost of Goods Sold set forth therein, the Cost of Goods Sold for the 150mg presentation of the Product shall include, with respect to purchase orders received prior to December 31, 2012, the following additional package size: * Cost of Goods Sold with respect to the 150mg package size is subject to adjustment as provided in Schedule F to the Agreement on January 1 of each year throughout the Term commencing on January 1, 2013.
