Common use of Schedule Management Clause in Contracts

Schedule Management. Supplier and Chordiant will jointly develop and maintain management plans for all Services, which will be made available to Chordiant at Chordiant’s request in an agreed upon format. Supplier will use industry established methodologies to track progress against plan milestones and will give Chordiant regular status updates on a weekly basis for the first two (2) quarters, and then monthly or as set forth in the Policies and Procedures Manual.
