The schedule of proforma contracts and other documents applicable to the Defence Head Contract: posted on DEQMS (or any alternative location notified by the Commonwealth), as amended from time to time by the Commonwealth; and which as at the Award Date include the contracts and other documents specified in the Contract Particulars. The schedule (if any) set out or specified in the Contract Particulars, containing rates and prices to be used for the purpose of calculating the Contract Price.
