Common use of Schedule of Commissions Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Commissions. As full compensation on business placed through Company pursuant to the authority granted in Section 1.1 above, Agent will receive commissions from Company in accordance with the Schedule of Commissions furnished by Company. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, if Agent is an insurance agency, Agent shall not be entitled to commissions from Company other than those assigned to Agent by Subproducers. Company may revise the Schedule of Commissions after providing thirty (30) days prior electronic or written notice to Agent; in the event any revised Schedule of Commissions is not acceptable to Agent, notice of such non-acceptance shall constitute a notice of termination of this Agreement to become effective on the date the revised Schedule is to take effect.

Company may revise the Schedule of Commissions after providing thirty sixty (3060) days prior electronic or written notice to Agent; in the event any revised Schedule of Commissions is not acceptable to Agent, notice of such non-acceptance shall constitute a notice of termination of this Agreement to become effective on the date the revised Schedule is to take effect.
