Common use of Schedule of Deliverables and Milestone Payments Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Deliverables and Milestone Payments. After consultation with the Judicial Council’s Project Manager, provide a list of designated Deliverable(s) and the amount to be paid upon acceptance of each such Deliverable that has been agreed to by both Parties. The Judicial Council does not pay for Services in advance and no milestone payment will be tied to initiation of the Work. The individual milestone payments to be used shall be proportioned to correspond to the portion of the Project Services necessary to provide the Deliverable. Invoicing and payments may only be made according to this Schedule of Deliverables and milestone payments. Deliverables must be tangible.
