SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY. Licensor agrees to make copies of the Licensed Materials available to the Licensee in a format consistent with this License within a reasonable time period. For the purposes of clarity, Licensor will provide all current Licensed Materials within a period of ninety (90) working days from the date of this License. In addition, Licensor agrees to provide Licensee with any subsequent content or update to the Licensed Materials after the first appearance of the Licensed Materials on the Licensor's web server(s) within a period of thirty (30) working days.
