Schedule of Evaluations. Each probationary employee shall receive an evaluation at least twice (four and eight months) during the employee’s probationary period. Permanent employees will receive an annual 12-month performance evaluation within 30 calendar days of their anniversary month. Employees who are absent during their anniversary month shall receive their annual performance evaluation upon return from leave. Supervisors and managers shall make every effort to give employees their performance evaluations in a timely manner. Any employee not receiving an annual performance evaluation will have their work performance deemed satisfactory for that year. Performance evaluations shall not be performed for any period in excess of 1 year prior to the anniversary month. The District may make additional performance evaluations for employees at any time.
