Schedule of Evaluations. A. All employees shall be evaluated annually. The written evaluation will be conducted and must be given to the employee within a two (2) month time period (before or after) the anniversary date of hire of the employee. B. The annual evaluation shall measure the employee's performance for the year immediately preceding the evaluation. C. If the employee has been reassigned to a new supervisor within six months of the evaluation date, the new supervisor should consult with the previous supervisor in completing the evaluation, if available. If the employee receives approximately equal supervision from two persons, both supervisors shall cooperate and sign the evaluation.
