Common use of SCHEDULE OF EXCEPTIONS Clause in Contracts

SCHEDULE OF EXCEPTIONS. The Company shall have delivered to each Purchaser any necessary changes to the Schedule of Exceptions as a result of facts and circumstances arising after the date of execution and delivery of this Agreement and prior to the First Closing, which changes shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Requisite Purchasers.

SCHEDULE OF EXCEPTIONS. The Company shall have delivered to each Purchaser any necessary changes to the Schedule of Exceptions as a result of facts and circumstances arising after the date of execution and delivery of this Agreement and prior to the First Supplemental Closing, which changes shall be be, in form and substance substance, satisfactory to the Requisite Purchasers.
