Common use of Schedule of Implementation Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Implementation. The parties hereto shall diligently and in good faith mutually agree upon a schedule of implementation with respect to the provision of the Services and, upon completion, such schedule shall be attached hereto as Schedule I (the "Schedule of Implementation"). The Schedule of Implementation may be modified or amended by written agreement of both parties and shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
