The Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on or before the Effective Date and from time to time thereafter as requested by the Administrative Agent a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately 107 116 preceding accounting month of the Borrowers, itemizing and describing the kind, type and quantity of Inventory, the Borrowers' cost thereof and the location thereof.
