Common use of Schedule of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Inventory. Borrower shall deliver to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Month of Borrower, itemizing and describing the kind, type, quantity and location of Inventory and the cost thereof.

Schedule of Inventory. The Borrower shall deliver to Agent, promptly upon the request Agent on or before the Effective Date and not later than the last Business Day of Agent, each Fiscal Month thereafter a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Month of the Borrower, itemizing and describing the kind, typetype and quantity of Inventory, quantity and location of Inventory the Borrower's cost thereof and the cost location thereof.
