Schedule of Inventory. The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent on or before the Effective Date and not later than the 15th day of each calendar month thereafter a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Month of the Borrower, itemizing and describing the kind, type and quantity of Inventory of the Borrower, the Borrower's cost thereof and the location thereof.
