Common use of Schedule of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Inventory. The Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent on or before the Effective Date and not later than the 20th day of each calendar month thereafter a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding month of the Borrowers, itemizing and describing the kind, type and quantity of Inventory, the applicable Borrower's cost thereof and the location thereof.

Schedule of Inventory.
