Common use of Schedule of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Meetings. Upon request, and without unnecessary delay, a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ immediate supervisor or designee shall allow the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ during normal work hours without loss of pay, reasonable time to: A. Investigate any grievance or dispute so that same can be properly presented in accordance with the grievance procedure. B. Attend meetings with the Court or other Employer representatives when such meetings are necessary to adjust grievances or disputes. Meetings with designated personnel will be by appointment and held without delay when possible. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a staff representative of the Union and/or employees on Employer premises, at such time and places as may be authorized by the Court in advance of the intended meetings.
