SCHEDULE OF PRICES. For providing, performing, and completing each task of Services, an amount equal to Consultant’s Direct Labor Costs, plus an amount equal to the actual costs of all Reimbursable Expenses, but not to exceed, in each task of Services, the following not to exceed amount set forth opposite each such task except as adjusted by Change Order issued pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Contract:
