Schedule of Rates and Payments. The price to be paid by the Institute to the service provider for the whole of the work to be done and the performance of all the obligations undertaken by the service provider as per the terms of the contract shall be ascertained by the application of the schedule of rates and payment shall be made accordingly to the work actually executed and approved by the Warden in- charge/Warden.
