The information with respect to each Receivable set forth in the Schedule of Receivables delivered on the Funding Date, including (without limitation) the account number, the Cutoff Date Principal Balance, the maturity date and the Contract Rate, was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Subsequent Cutoff Date.
