Schedule of Use. The District Superintendent or designee and the City Manager or designee, shall meet to jointly establish, modify, and approve a master calendar for the Parties’ use of the Recreational Areas (“Master Calendar”). These meetings shall occur on or about January, June, and August of each year of the Term of this Agreement. The Master Calendar shall establish each Party’s use of the Recreational Areas.
