Contractor requests for alternative scheduling to that outlined on the Plan Staging/Phasing and the Schedule and Suspension of Work requirements in this proposal, will be entertained as a request for a waiver of specifications. Schedule Submittal. As stated above, the Contractor must, within 30 calendar days after the award, submit a complete schedule (Baseline Schedule @ Award) of operations to the Engineer. A Narrative Report shall also be submitted with each schedule submittal. The narrative report shall include an overall summary of the project and schedule, including and not limited to a description of the approach to performing the work, description of potential problem areas and potentials for delay, mandated contract dates including calendars with contractual non-work holidays, and other pertinent aspects related to the schedule.   • Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.

  • BACKGROUND STATEMENT NCR Voyix and Customer agree that this Agreement will apply to: (a) the subscription licensing to Customer of Software at selected Customer sites and Hosted Software accessed via the internet; (b) the subscription or purchase of Equipment by Customer; and (c) NCR Voyix’s maintenance and support services, if any, for such Software and Equipment, as well as certain other services as set forth herein. Payment processing services are not covered by this Agreement. If NCR Voyix provides payment processing services as part of a Product bundle or otherwise, then such processing services will be covered by separate agreement.

Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/guides/html/unes.html .
