Common use of Scheduled Appointments Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Appointments. To assist the Agency in providing the Employees the opportunity to use their sick leave for non-emergency medical, dental, or optical appointments, Employees must request sick leave at least three (3) days prior to the date of the appointment.
