Scheduled Conferences. Evaluations shall be reduced to writing and a conference scheduled with the employee to present and discuss the evaluation. If the employee disagrees with the evaluation or wishes to respond to it, he/she may submit a written response which shall be attached to the file copy of the evaluation. If a supervisor believes an employee is doing unsatisfactory work, they shall state the reasons and recommendation for remediation.
