Common use of Scheduled Domicile Rest Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Domicile Rest. a. A Flight Attendant at his/her Domicile will be scheduled or rescheduled for no less than eleven (11) hours between Duty Periods except that if: i. the Duty Periods before and after the rest periods are CDO's, a Flight Attendant at his/her Domicile will not be scheduled or rescheduled for less than ten (10) hours rest between the CDO's; or ii. the inbound arrival of the last flight of the preceding Duty Periods is delayed, the rest period may be reduced to nine (9) consecutive hours. This exception applies whether the Duty Periods are part of regular or CDO pairings.
