Common use of Scheduled Domicile Rest Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Domicile Rest. A Flight Attendant at his/her Domicile will not be scheduled or rescheduled for less than eleven (11) hours rest between duty periods. However, if the Duty Periods before and after the rest periods are CDO's, a Flight Attendant at his/her Domicile will not be scheduled or rescheduled for less than ten (10) hours rest between the CDO's. If the inbound arrival on the last flight on the preceding Duty Period is delayed, rest period may be reduced to nine (9) consecutive hours.
