Scheduled Downtime and Maintenance Activities that Impact Availability. Regularly scheduled Downtime and maintenance activities may cause a service outage or adversely affect performance (such as slow response time). LMI will make reasonable efforts to perform such activities between 9:00 pm and 4:00 am, Monday through Friday or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, all Eastern United States Time.
