Common use of Scheduled Facility Shutdown Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Facility Shutdown. The Facility and Bunge’s Oil processing facility are each subject to periodic shut-down periods for the purpose of performing maintenance. The Parties agree to provide reasonable notice to the other Party of any scheduled shut-down periods and to reasonably cooperate in coordinating a mutually agreeable shut-down period for both facilities.
