Common use of Scheduled Items Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Items. The City shall make available, free of cost and without delay or in accordance with any agreed timetable or schedule set forth in Schedule C (Items to be Provided by the City), to the Supplier for the purpose of the Supply, the personnel, equipment, facilities, services (including services of third parties) and information described in such Schedule C (if any), and in accordance therewith.
