SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE WORKS. 11.1 The Transmission operator shall publish on its website the periods for scheduled maintenance of its facilities and notify the Customer in writing no later than 30 days before the beginning of each period. 11.2 The technical regimes for natural gas transportation and acceptance during these periods shall be determined by the Transmission operator. 11.3 During any period or periods for scheduled maintenance works the Parties shall observe to the procedures for the nominating quantities, as specified in Art.6. Nevertheless the Parties shall be entitled to reduce the nominated natural gas quantity below the minimum one, including up to 0 cubic meters. 11.4 Except for emergencies, the scheduled maintenance works will be carried out in the summer.
