Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Clause Samples

The Scheduled Preventive Maintenance clause establishes the requirement for regular, planned maintenance activities to be performed on equipment, systems, or facilities. It typically outlines the frequency and scope of these maintenance tasks, such as monthly inspections, lubrication, or part replacements, and may specify responsibilities for scheduling and record-keeping. This clause ensures that assets are kept in optimal working condition, reducing the risk of unexpected breakdowns and prolonging their useful life, thereby minimizing operational disruptions and costly emergency repairs.
