Scheduled Services. (a) Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entities agree to provide, or to cause one or more of their Affiliates or one or more third parties to provide, the Services to the Company. (b) None of the obligations of the Parties under the Contribution Agreement shall constitute Services under this Agreement.
