Common use of Scheduled Transports Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Transports. For scheduled transports, defined as pick-ups scheduled [two (2)] or more hours in advance, Transporter arrives at Facility within [twenty (20) minutes] of the appointment time with respect to not less than [ninety percent (90%)] of such scheduled transports.

Scheduled Transports. For scheduled transports, defined as pick-ups scheduled [two twelve (2)] 12) or more hours in advance, Transporter arrives at Facility within [twenty sixty (2060) minutes] minutes of the appointment time with respect to not less than [ninety percent (90%)] ) of such scheduled transports.
